Vegelatin™ is an All Natural, Animal-Free Gelatin Replacement

The Animal-Free Softgel Processing Equipment and training:
* Due to the higher viscosity of the vegetarian softgel
polymers, a precision metering system is used to meter
the viscous melt via precision pumps to the slot dies.
* Extrusion Slot Dies replace the gateboxes for Animal-
Free Softgel (AFS) processing. The switchover from
gelatin to AFS and back takes only minutes.
* Since the AFS melt is pressure fed, level detection
devices are not used thus no overfills, minimal cleanup!
* Slot dies provide precise, consistent film thickness at
any machine speed.
* The only speed limitation with slot die film extrusion,
is the encapsulation machine.....
* The additional cost of the metering system is justified
within a few weeks, due to increased machine speed,
less maintenance, less downtime, higher efficiencies.
